With over 8,000 votes, The Steamer Coffee House and Kitchen has been declared the king of the fry-up and master of the griddle in Devon. Co-owned by Dan Regan and Josh Roles, The Steamer creates a space where people can come together to enjoy great coffee and locally sourced foods. As a small local team of coffee, food, countryside, heritage, and automotive enthusiasts, they have tried and tasted the best eats they can get their hands on in Devon and put them all under one roof.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
- Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet and brush with the sauce mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
