  • 1 bag of kettle chips
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper


  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F.
  2. Spread the kettle chips out in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Reserve the bag.
  3. Bake the chips for 7 minutes or until they are warm and slightly moist.
  4. While the chips are baking, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and white pepper in a small bowl.
  5. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the warm chips with the spice mixture.
  6. Using a spatula or tongs, carefully scoop the chips back into the bag.
