Cauliflower Paratha

This paratha is a winter favorite and is loved by everyone, with the filling made of shredded cauliflower that's flavored with spices. It's best enjoyed with a hot cup of Masala Chai and a dollop of butter.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Cauliflower (shredded)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix wheat flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix shredded cauliflower with cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them using a rolling pin into small circles.
  4. Place 1-2 tablespoons of cauliflower mixture in the center and bring the edges together to seal the filling inside.
  5. Roll the paratha gently and cook on both sides until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with butter and Masala Chai.

  • 4 Potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Green Chili (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt to taste
