Spinach and feta stuffed chicken breast recipe

This recipe is perfect for a filling and healthy dinner. Chicken breast, spinach, and feta cheese come together to create a mouthwatering dish.


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, feta cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast, being careful not to cut through the other side. Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and feta mixture.
  4. Season the outside of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the stuffed chicken breasts and cook for 2 minutes on each side, or until browned.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
