Pork Sliders with Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce

Make your barbecue stand out with these tasty pork sliders, made special with brown sugar barbecue sauce. Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 boneless pork shoulder, 4-5 lbs
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dry mustard
  • 1 cup Domino® Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Slider buns

  1. Pull pork into large pieces and discard excess fat.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together salt, paprika, garlic powder, and dry mustard. Season pork pieces all over with mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
  3. For the sauce, combine brown sugar, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and black pepper in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk together and bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Preheat oven to 225 degrees F. Place pork in a baking dish and pour sauce over pork. Cover dish with foil and cook for 5 hours, or overnight.
  5. Serve on slider buns.

S'mores Skillet

End your meal on a sweet note with a s'mores skillet. Here's what you'll need:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Domino® Light Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 8 large graham cracker sheets, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a cast iron skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, stirring until well mixed.
  3. Add flour and graham cracker pieces, mixing until combined.
  4. Add marshmallows and chocolate chips, spreading evenly throughout the skillet.
  5. Place skillet on grill and cover for about 10 minutes, until marshmallows are golden and chocolate is melted.
  6. Serve hot.

No Bake Key Lime Pie Jars

Mix things up with a refreshing key lime pie jar. Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Domino® Light Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp lime zest
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  1. In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  2. Divide mixture among six 8 oz mason jars, pressing down gently to form a crust in the bottom of each jar.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together lime juice, lime zest, and sweetened condensed milk.
  4. In another bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold whipped cream into lime mixture until combined.
  6. Divide mixture among the six jars, spooning on top of the graham cracker crust.
