Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until you have a dough-like mixture.
  2. Roll mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter
  3. Place balls in the refrigerator and let chill for at least 15 minutes before enjoying.
