Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions:

  1. Start by cooking your quinoa according to package instructions.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat up the black beans until warmed through.
