Fiber-rich Breakfast Bowl Recipe
Make breakfast your most fiber-filled meal of the day with this delicious fiber-rich breakfast bowl recipe. Packed with high-fiber ingredients, this bowl will keep you feeling full and energized all morning.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Directions:
- Start by cooking your quinoa according to package instructions.
- In a small saucepan, heat up the black beans until warmed through.
- Divide the cooked quinoa into two bowls and top each bowl with half of the warm black beans.
- Add the sliced avocado and berries to each bowl.
- Sprinkle the chia seeds over the top of the fruit.
- Drizzle each bowl with 1/2 tsp honey and 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk.
