  • 2 cups organic certified gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for chocolate chip cookie granola)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (for double chocolate chip cookie granola)
  • 1/2 cup raisins (for oatmeal raisin cookie granola)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (for oatmeal raisin cookie granola)


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, oat flour, coconut oil, coconut sugar, applesauce, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.
  3. Add the chocolate chips or cocoa powder or raisins and cinnamon, depending on which flavor you are making, and mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden-brown and crispy, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  7. Break the granola into small clusters and store in an airtight container.
