
Non-International Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, beat the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
