  • 1 medium-size bottle gourd (lauki or giya)
  • 1-inch piece of ginger
  • A handful of mint leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Juice from 1 lemon


  1. Cut the bottle gourd into small pieces and add it to a juicer along with ginger and mint leaves.
  2. Run the juicer until all the juice comes out.
